A Princeton graduate with a Masters in Library Sciences from the University of South Carolina has been named archivist for the Grateful Dead Special Collections at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Nicholas Meriweather, an educational researcher, rare book consultant and oral historian at USC has written a number of publications on the iconic San Francisco group.
