"Next Chapter in MCR History" Set to Begin 

Executive Director Jennifer Anderson-Bähr  hopes that the community shares her excitement about the merger with Community Bridges.  "When one door closes, another door opens." begins a letter addressed to friends of the local non-profit. 


"The shared goal of the merger is to improve our combined capacity to be responsive to community needs and to increase our financial and organizational stability." writes Anderson-Bähr

"While many things ‘behind the scenes’ will change, MCR’s public face and service delivery will continue to look familiar. We will retain our name, our staff, and all our programs. Two members of MCR’s Board of Director’s will join the Board of Community Bridges, and MCR’s Board will become an Advisory Council."
