The Satellite Second Saturday Open House program includes free classes on iPhone tips, summer learning for parents of grade schoolers, business branding, digital photography, web design and astrology
The Satellite in Felton is hosting a drop in Ask the Experts Open House Saturday, May 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Satellite Member specialists will answer questions on summer learning for young students, branding your business, tips and tricks for the iPhone, digital photography and web design and astrology. Satellite member Wild Poppies will also showcase eco-conscious gifts for Mother’s Day.
The event is part of The Satellite’s Second Saturday Open House series, showcasing local artists, writers, musicians. craftspeople and experts on a wide range of topics. The day’s schedule is as follows:
11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Branding Yourself: Branding your Business

1:30 – 3 p.m. iPhone Class on mobile apps
Apple store wonder Doreen Lozano will host a half hour class on iPhone secrets. Learn about some of the interesting apps available to you on your iPhone and also about app management so that you do not use your battery time unnecessarily. You will learn tips and tricks on finding the best apps and discern the content of the app before you pay for it. As part of app management, you will learn good housekeeping practices for your iPhone.
Doreen will also be available for Q&A after the class.
