There are plenty of softballs and hardballs being tossed and hit around the San Lorenzo Valley as teams of boys and girls in Little League, Young Girls Softball and the High School teams are either in action or warming up to start their seasons.
Tomorrow at the High School, beginning at 10 AM, the Girls Varsity Softball team takes part in the Annual Wayne Richards Memorial Tournament and at the Middle School The SLV Girls Softball League has a full schedule of games beginning at noon. The High School Boys Varsity and JV teams are on the road with the Varsity playing Jefferson High in Daly City and the JV team visits Burlingame High School.
The SLV Little League opens their season next week with traditional "Opening Day" festivities at the High School.
