A preliminary hearing in the double homicide case involving the murder in Ben Lomond of Asha Veil and her unborn child in September 2006 is scheduled for Jan. 25th at the Watsonville courthouse. McClish, is currently is serving an 18-year sentence at Salinas Valley State Prison in Soledad for the earlier conviction.
